New Member Program

Our five-to-eight-week Bonds of Sisterhood program helps new members learn about Fraternity and chapter life and the responsibilities of membership. These responsibilities include upholding Alpha Xi Delta ideals and standards, meeting financial obligations, pursuing personal and academic excellence and participating in chapter activities.

This program is geared to introduce our newly joined sisters to our ideals of leadership, sisterhood, scholarship, and service.  Sisters will learn of the leadership opportunities available to sisters in and outside of the chapter and how to grow as a leader with each experience.  The Iota Eta chapter holds the highest Panhellenic GPA and aim to maintain that standard by encouraging each of our sisters to study and attend classes regularly.  The Alpha Xi Delta fraternity serves to bring awareness to our wonderful philanthropy, Autism Speaks, raising over $10,000 in a year alone!

Our new members will be introduced to the many qualities Alpha Xi Delta has to offer and ensure that she finds her true place within a chapter we call home.
